- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you an opportunity to purchase a Yas Annual Pass and Miral Group makes no representations or guarantees in this regard;
- When additional Yas Annual Passes become available for purchase, Miral Group will notify people on the waitlist in the order in which they signed up. Yas Annual Passes will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis thereafter subject to the instructions/timelines on the notification;
- Waitlist spots are non-transferable and each person must register individually to join the waitlist; and
- You will be taken to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions should you purchase a Yas Annual Pass in future.

Processing your personal data to be added to the Yas Annual Pass waitlist- Mandatory personal information collected from you includes your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, Yas Annual Pass tier requested, number of Yas Annual Passes requested and country of residence so that we can add your details to our Yas Annual Pass waitlist.
- We will use this information to communicate with you if we have Yas Annual Passes available for purchase by you, so that you may join the fun.
- We collect your country of residence to ensure you are based in the UAE and can maximize the benefits of purchasing the Yas Annual Pass.
- Your personal information will be stored securely on our systems for one calendar year after your record is created on our waitlist and then deleted per our regulatory obligations.
Processing your personal data for marketing purposes- If you have opted in to receive marketing and promotional campaigns, we will use your personal information to inform you of the latest updates and offers from Miral Group.
- Your personal details, like country of residency, will help tailor the marketing and promotional efforts specifically for you to enhance your overall experience.
- The email IDs We use to send you marketing and promotional messages are explore@visit.yasisland.com and experience@visit.saadiyatisland.ae.
- You may receive this marketing and promotional information from Miral Group relating to Yas Island, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Brothers World Abu Dhabi, SeaWorld Yas Island Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Etihad Arena, Yas Marina Circuit, CLYMB, Yas Marina, Qasr Al Watan and/or Saadiyat Island.
- We have also partnered with ENBD to bring you great offers and will provide you with information relating to these offers on their behalf.
- You may receive this marketing and promotional information from us by email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone call, social media, mobile and/or web notifications. You may withdraw your consent to receiving such communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any communication received, by contacting us at privacy-me@miral.ae, turning off your mobile application notifications or you can amend your communication preferences at any time via our preference center.
- For the purposes of recording your consent, we will store the following information: email address, details of how and when consent was given, details of confirmation email sent and confirmation email clicked including the time, date and IP address relating to the consent and clicked confirmation link, the wording of the consent and the information regarding the right to withdraw the consent at any time.
- Your personal information will be securely retained for marketing purposes as long as you are opted in and for a limited period of time after you have opted out, only for as long as necessary, and then deleted per our regulatory obligations.

- Why are Yas Annual Passes sold out?
icon Annual passes are highly popular and available in limited quantities to ensure the best experience for all Passholders. They are currently sold out due to high demand. Currently, our bronze, silver, and gold tiers are not available. The Diamond Yas Annual Pass remains available for purchase. - Can I still renew my Yas Annual Pass?
icon Absolutely! You can still renew your pass but no later than 4 weeks after the expiry date. Renew your Pass online, by visiting any of the Annual Pass lounges, or by contacting Yas Concierge. - Will more Annual Passes be available in the future
icon Yes, additional Annual Passes may become available in the future. We encourage you to join our waitlist to be notified when sales reopen. icon If you are currently a Passholder, you can definitely visit! If you're not a Passholder, you can still visit by purchasing regular admission tickets. - Can I transfer my place on the waitlist to someone else?

icon If your contact information changes, please update your details by logging into your account on our website or contacting Yas Concierge. - How long will I have to purchase an annual pass once I am notified?
