- Terms & Conditions - VIP Shared Experience
icon - Our VIP Shared Experience grants you VIP access to SeaWorld® Yas Island Abu Dhabi (“Park”) along with a host of special benefits, as part of larger group of other guests:
- Entry to the Park
- Quick Pass and priority access*
- Up to five (5) hours shared guided experience around the Park with a VIP host.
- Reserved VIP valet parking
- Premium reserved seating at selected presentations/events at the Park
- Complimentary soft refreshments and snacks upon arrival
- Reserved table and lunch at signature restaurant
- VIP lanyard, water bottle and popcorn
- Each ticket grants one person a VIP shared experience access. This is not a private booking, other guests will also be booked into the same experience at the same time. If you wish to have a private experience, please purchase the VIP private experience.
- Please note that entry and use of the Park is subject to these product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and the ticket terms and conditions.
- You must select the date of your visit when booking your ticket. The tour will start at the official Park opening time (please refer to the https://www.seaworldabudhabi.com/). You will only be able to redeem the ticket at the scheduled date and time.
- Meal value is capped at a maximum value of AED300
- *Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit, priority/quick pass access may not be available on all rides, attractions and experiences.
- This booking is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and non-refundable. The general rule is that once we have reserved your time slot, you must redeem that benefit at the specified time, or you may lose the benefit (We will, however, endeavour to accommodate changes for our valued VIP guests).
- No alternative or refunds will be offered if you do not use, or are not eligible to use one or more of the package benefits.
- In exceptional circumstances we may need to amend or cancel your booking. If we cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a refund. You will not be entitled to a refund for any other expenses such as travel costs, or accommodation
- General Park Ticket Terms
- You may not bring food or drinks into the Park;
- You must comply with ride rules and follow our instructions in the Park;
- You must comply with the health and safety measures applicable during your visit;
- You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and/or cultural values during your visit to the Park;
- Height and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides;
- People of Determination: health and safety restrictions may impact your ability to use certain or all rides. Please check ride restrictions on our website before purchasing your ticket;
- Only third parties specifically authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources;
- To use FacePass in connection with your ticket which involves the processing of your biometric data, you must complete all enrolment requirements including but not limited to confirming that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and providing the appropriate consent (parental/legal guardian consent is required for guests under 18 or persons of determination). - Admission and use of the Park and its services is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park;
- We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason.

- Entry to SeaWorld® Yas Island Abu Dhabi (the “Park”)
- Quick Pass and priority access*
- Up to five (5) hours guided experience around the Park with a VIP host.
- Reserved VIP valet parking
- Premium reserved seating at selected presentations/events at the ParkVIP lounge access
- Complimentary soft refreshments and snacks upon arrival
- Reserved table and lunch at signature restaurant
- 1 x Animal Encounter experience for each guest (subject to availability and experience terms and conditions available via the following link: Animal Encounter terms and conditions Please note a disclaimer must be signed)
- Behind the scenes experience at the Park
- Unlimited digital photo package
- VIP lanyard, water bottle and popcorn
- Three (3) guests are included in the flat rate price. Additional guests may be added to the booking at the rate of AED2,500 per guest.
