This voucher is the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of Ferrari World Yas Island Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld Yas Island Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World™ Yas Island Abu Dhabi and SeaWorld® Yas Island Abu Dhabi (each a “Park”). This voucher entitles you to a Silver, Gold or Diamond Yas Annual Pass according to the tier specified on the voucher.
This voucher is subject to the Annual Pass terms and conditions, general Park terms and conditions and those set out below:
Terms and Conditions:
- The voucher credit is purchased in UAE dirhams and includes VAT.
- The purchaser will be sent an e-voucher after completion of the transaction. The voucher will contain the gift recipient’s name for presentation to the gift recipient.
- The voucher may only be redeemed for the Annual Pass tier specified on the voucher.
- Once the voucher is purchased, the credit will be available for twelve (12) months from the date the voucher is issued. Any outstanding balance after this date will be forfeited, without entitlement to a refund or compensation.
- The Annual Pass validity will only start when the voucher has been redeemed at any Annual Pass Lounge or Guest Services Counter.
- The voucher cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
- The voucher credit cannot be redeemed online, or for advance ticket purchases.
- The voucher may be gifted to the recipient named on the voucher only. It is otherwise non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged for commercial gain.
- The voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not reimburse unused funds.
- In order to prevent fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to require government issued photo ID when you redeem this voucher.
- We reserve the right to cancel transactions in the event of suspected fraudulent or otherwise suspicious activity.

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
