Terms & Conditions
- Each booking entitles one person to a tour of The Yas SeaWorld Research and Rescue Center
- Children aged 3 and under do not require a ticket or reserved space
- The booking includes a tour only. It does not include entry to SeaWorld Yas Island Abu Dhabi
- The total experience takes approximately 40-45 minutes.
- Tours are currently only available in English.
- Your booking is only valid on the date and at the time indicated on your confirmation email. If you miss your booking, you will lose your entitlement and will not be eligible for a refund. If you are late, you may lose your place (without entitlement to refund) or may miss parts of the tour.
- Photography and video recordings may be restricted in certain areas.
- Once bookings are made, they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and are non-transferable. You cannot cancel or amend your booking once it is made.
- Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or voucher.
- Bookings may not be resold or exchanged for commercial gain.
- In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. In this event we will attempt to reschedule your time, or activity, or issue a refund of the booking price (no other expenses will be paid).
