Step 2
Receive an email confirmation with your ticket plus easy instructions on how to redeem your Animal Encounter voucher.
Step 3
Contact Yas Concierge to pre-book* your Animal Encounters, or visit the Explorer HQ on the day of your visit.
*Encounters are subject to availability, thus we strongly encourage pre-booking.
Step 4
Present your Ultimate Explorer Package ticket at the Rocky Point feeding station on the day of your visit and receive your sea lion feeding tray.

icon This ticket gives you one general admission entry to SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi (the “Park”), same day access to a qualifying encounter or encounters at the Park as selected following purchase (subject to availability) plus a same day sea lion feeding tray at the Park. This ticket is the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of the Park. Entry and use of the Park is subject to the general Park terms of entry and the specific product terms set out below:
- This ticket may only be purchased by UAE citizens or residents and is subject to the purchaser providing a valid Emirates ID confirming their identity prior to Park entry.
- This is a dated ticket, it is only valid for entry to the Park on the date mentioned on the ticket and same day access to the qualifying encounter or encounters during the time slot(s) as agreed following purchase (subject to availability) and the sea lion feeding tray;

Change and refund policy:
- Once you purchase your ticket, you cannot cancel it;
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable;
- You may change the entry date and/or encounter or encounters time slot(s) on your ticket up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled encounter or encounters booking by contacting Yas Concierge between 8:00am and 8:00pm GST (Gulf Standard Time) on 600 511115 (within UAE) or +971 2 496 8000 (outside UAE), or by emailing , contact@yasconcierge.com, subject always to time slot availability.
- Following completion of your purchase, in which you will select the day of your Park visit, our Yas Concierge team will contact you to agree selection of your qualifying encounter or encounters and applicable time slot(s) for that day. Please note that the time slot(s) for any qualifying encounter or encounters are subject to availability and we make no guarantee as to availability of your desired time slot(s).

- Please ensure that you read and are familiar with these terms as applicable, in particular the arrival time(s) and waiver requirements. For the avoidance of doubt, the encounter terms which state that general admission to the Park is not included in your ticket do not apply to this ticket.
- In order to avail your sea lion feeding tray, you must collect the feeding tray at the sea lion feeding station in Rocky Point on the same day and present your purchase confirmation.
- This ticket is only valid for entry during regular Park operating hours. It is not valid for special events;
- Regular Park operating hours are subject to change without prior notice. Please visit our website to check the operating hours;
- Guests aged 4 to 11 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and hold a valid admission ticket. Guests aged 3 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult holding a valid admission ticket but can enter the Park for free. Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age;
- You may not bring food or drinks into the Park;
- You must comply with all ride, attraction and experience rules and follow our instructions in the Park;
- You must comply with all health and safety measures applicable during your visit;
- You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and/or cultural values during your visit to the Park;
- Height and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides, attractions or experiences;
- People of determination: health and safety restrictions may impact your ability to use certain or all rides, attractions or experiences. Information regarding restrictions is available on our website;
- This ticket is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not for resale. This ticket is void if re-sold, transferred, altered or damaged;
- Only third parties specifically authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, and are purchased at your own risk without compensation or refund;
- Certain animals, rides, attractions, experiences, presentations, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit;

Animal welfare is one of our key responsibilities; accordingly it is strictly prohibited for any person to:
- enter or attempt to enter into any animal habitat, water body or medical/research area without the consent of an authorised representative of the Park;
- handle, feed or attempt to feed any animals or specimens without the consent of an authorised representative of the Park;
- throw, place or otherwise introduce any object into an animal habitat without the consent of an authorised representative of the Park;
- distract or attempt to distract any Park colleagues working in any animal habitat, water body or medical/research areas;
- harass or distress (or attempt to harass or distress) any animals (e.g. tapping on the habitat glass); and/or
- intentionally mistreat (or attempt to intentionally mistreat) any animals.
- If you fail to comply with these rules, it may result in you, your entire group and/or any offending personnel being removed from the Park, denied re-entry and/or banned from admission to the Park (temporarily or permanently) without liability;
- Guests with allergies should be aware that animals in the Park consume shellfish and fish daily. Please speak to a Park representative for more information on allergens present at the Park;
- To use FacePass in connection with your ticket which involves the processing of your biometric data, you must complete all enrolment requirements including but not limited to confirming that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and providing the appropriate consent (parental/legal guardian consent is required for guests under 18 or persons of determination). - Admission and use of the Park is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park; and
- We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason without any right of a refund.
