This offer gives a group of any four people general admission entry to the Park indicated above (“
Offer”). You must all enter the Park together. Entry to and use of the Park is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions available at the Park's websites and those set out below:
- Offer only valid for UAE Nationals and UAE Residents. You will need to bring original valid Emirates ID for each guest redeeming a ticket;
- This offer is valid from 11 March 2024 until 21 April 2024, at which point it will expire. In order to redeem this offer you must visit the Park on or before 21 April 2024;
- Change and refund policy:
- Once you purchase your ticket, you cannot cancel it;
- You may not resell the Tickets. Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable and are void if altered, sold or transferred for commercial gain;
- You may change the date of your ticket provided you notify us before 7pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED50 will apply per ticket. Changes after this deadline will not be processed.
- For date change as above please contact Yas Concierge at +971 600 511115 to rebook and make the AED 50 payment per person. Payments will be processed and completed via Yas Concierge.
- Tickets must be purchased at least one day in advance of your visit to the Park and must be redeemed on the date selected on the ticket;
- Tickets for additional guests may be purchased online with a discount of 25% of general admission rate;
- We reserve the right to verify your identity, so please bring original government photo identification (e.g. driving license), or the credit card you used to purchase the ticket.
- Same flat rate cost applies for adult and junior tickets with this offer;
- Offer is valid for ‘General Admission’ adult or junior access to the Park only. Access does not include any other benefits or add-ons, such as the Quick Pass;
- Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket;
- Children aged 3 and under can enter the Park for free;
- This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion;
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, without notification;
- Black out days may apply;
- All guests must enter the Park together and is only valid on the date mentioned on your ticket;
- You may not combine this offer and the Tickets with any other offer, promotion or voucher;
- E- Tickets will be accepted and can only be used once;
- Admission and use of the Park is at the ticket holders sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park;
- Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your Park visit; Please check the Park website or contact Yas Concierge for updates and availability before your visit;
- Height and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides/attractions
- You must comply with health and safety measures applicable during your visit.
- Park general terms and conditions apply;
- We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your voucher/ticket (without a refund or compensation) if you engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities, or breach these Terms and Conditions (or any terms and conditions incorporated herein); We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason without any right of refund.
