Please bring a print-out of this e-ticket with you and proceed directly to the turnstiles where you can scan your ticket and gain entry. Once you enter, you may be asked to swap this ticket for a wristband. We reserve the right to verify your identity, so please bring original government photo identification.
This ticket gives a group of any five people general admission entry to the park indicated above (“Park”). You must all enter the Park together. This ticket is the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of the Park. Entry to and use of the Park is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions available at the Park's websites and those set out below:
- Offer is only valid for UAE Nationals and UAE Residents. You will need to bring original valid Emirates ID for each guest redeeming a ticket;
- This offer is valid until 6th April 2025, for tickets purchased for the“Park”;
- Change and refund policy:
- Once you purchase your ticket, you cannot cancel it;
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable;
- You may change the date of your ticket provided you notify us before 7pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED 50 will apply per ticket. Changes after this deadline will not be processed.
- For date change as above please contact Yas Concierge at +971 600 511115 to rebook and make the AED 50 payment per person. Payments will be processed and completed via Yas Concierge.
- Purchase three tickets online at the Park's website and get two free.
- From 30th March until 2nd April 2025 tickets must be purchased at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of your visit to the Park and must be redeemed on the date selected on the ticket,
- From 3rd April 2025 until 6th April 2025 tickets must be purchased at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your visit to the Park and must be redeemed on the date selected on the ticket
- Tickets for additional guests may be purchased online with a discount of 40%;
- Same flat rate cost applies for adult and junior tickets with this offer;
- Offer is valid for ‘General Admission’ adult or junior access to the Park only. Access does not include any other benefits or add-ons, such as the Flash Pass;
- Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket;
- Children aged 2 and under can enter the Park for free;
- This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion;
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, without notification;
- Black out days may apply;
- All guests must enter the Park together and is only valid on the date mentioned on your ticket;
- Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable and are void if altered, sold or transferred for commercial gain;
- Park general terms and conditions apply;
- We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason.
